NPFL: Boboye Named Heartland New Technical Manager

Nigeria premiere league (NPFL) club, Heartland FC of Owerri has announced the appointed of Kennedy Boboye as its new head coach.

The management of the Naze Millionaires who parted ways with Christian Obi, after recording just six points in nine games this season, asked him (Obi) to work under the new manager as an Assistant or move to the Club Team B.

The Imo State owned club has so far failed to win a game in the 2023/2024 NPFL season. They are rocked bottom in the league table.

Kennedy Boboye an NPFL-winning coach with Akwa United and Pleatue in 2019 and 2016 respectively will be heading East with bags of experience.

The gaffer has also been in charge of NPFL clubs, Remo Stars and Sunshine Stars.
