Governor Peter Mba Announce Amobi Ezeaku As Rangers New General Manager

Enugu State governor, Peter Mbah has appointed Amobi Ezeaku as the CEO/GM of Enugu Rangers.

His appointment was issued in a circular by the government and signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Chidiebere Onyia on Wednesday.

According to the circular, Amobi Ezeaku new role is with immediate effect.

Before now, Amobi has led the Flying Antelopes as the Team Manager when they emerged champions of the NPFL for the 2015/16 season to end a 32-year drought.

Resigned in 2021, the young football administrator, bagged football management certificates from FIFA and UEFA after spending two years away from home in Switzerland.

Rangers International has been without a General Manager’s for more than two years following the departure of former Boss, Davidson Owomi.

The flying Antelopes Administrative sectary, Ferdinand Ugwuarua has been in charge of the team.
